Check out PicLens. It’s a great new way of browsing photos from your sites. It takes them fullscreen and it’s neatly done.

Nike’s newest site, XX3, immerses you into a dark room. Find your way around to their latest products. Great photography and wallpapers gives it a home-feel. That said, it’s a bit empty and repetitive…
Great use of 3D anyway.

CUCI (cut-up / code-in) is primarily an experiment in language and programming. Individual word-units are at the meme mercy of systematic thesaurus look-ups in a fashion similar to the ‘human’ process. Whereas softmachines are prejudiced, the logic-board is not.

Spamology is a part of ongoing research examining the nature of Spam as a digital-cultural phenomenon, which aims at visualizing
the links and interrelationships between the contents of spam, the user/individual and the society, by revealing patterns in spam
which may reflect cultural and social trends, behaviors and variations.Spamology is an audiovisual representation of word frequencies in spam e-mail messages.
the visualization is based on analysis of a private archive of spam messages which were collected during 10 years (1998-2007),
containing up to 2,000,000 emails originated from various parts of the world.

Spinvision is a small application that gets the latest video from YouTube while rendering the position of the submission on the planet.
It just spins around and displays random videos.

Turn your computer into a social streaming machine using JukeFly.
Instead of uploading your music like anywhere.fm, jukefly gives you a small server process to run on your computer that will stream your music to whoever. The concept is slightly different but might be more advantageous in the long run. Time will tell.

Interesting concept of using a company like RSVP and assigning it a cause such as the drought in Australia.
The execution is cool but rather tasteless. Probably because the point was to raise awareness about RSVP, not the drought (ok I might be a bit harsh here).
Check out Break the drought.

This is one of the coolest Papervision 3D experiment I have seen.
The screenshots don’t really do it any justice. It has to be animated to really get the cool effect.

Awesome web app sorts all the famous video ads by client. The application itself is really well made with a sense of depth and stage.
It has, however, consistently crashed Safari on close.
